Proposed Solution

• Gem Drytech supplied and commissioned the Cocopro 12 Module Combination Dryer, Model 164 / 12M CD, for coconut processing.
• Commissioning activities included mechanical installation verification and modification, electrical and control system checks, load testing, safety interlock testing, and emergency stop testing.
• The system was tested under actual production conditions using white copra to validate drying performance, product recovery, safety, and operational stability.
